FT Knowledge uses a variety of media to deliver learning, using the tools that are most appropriate for your business requirements. We understand the strengths and limitations of different media, and use them to create the best solution for your needs. Our means of delivery include:
  • Classroom facilitation: activity-based sessions to transfer knowledge, build confidence and change behaviours
  • Simulation Workshops: experiential learning to create more coherent groups and an appreciation of the larger picture
  • e-Learning (both custom and off-the-shelf): interactive online courses to provide fundamental concepts and knowledge to a large audience or as preparation for a facilitated event
  • Just-in-time performance support: small bites of learning, job aids or tools to help ensure performance in a complex environment
  • Resource bank of relevant news, articles, and e-books: resources and the skills to use them empower learners to keep their knowledge up to date

Pearson’s Course Compass™ environment helps us integrate all these elements into a single scalable learning solution. It serves as the online community for courses — hosting pre-assessments, course exams, course schedules, program announcements, resource materials and more.

Participants use this environment to interact via discussion boards, submit assignments for grading and feedback, pose questions directly to an instructor, and work in teams on case studies and group assignments.

By leveraging multiple content channels within the Pearson group, we are able to create a solution that is adaptable to the size, location, and learning style of your participants.
