When you engage FT Knowledge we will work hard to get to grips with your business challenges and your strategies for responding to these challenges. We will then work with you to identify and agree the new knowledge, skills and behaviour that need to be mastered for your strategy to succeed.
Defining clear, achievable business goals is the first step in our process. We then match relevant content and appropriate delivery modes to design a solution to meet these goals. We also work with your managers, learners and internal experts to ensure the solution is appropriate for them.
This often means mixing our content with your internal knowledge and using media from e-books and e-Learning through workshops and on-the-job activities to performance support and mentoring.
A key part of this process is defining an assessment and evaluation strategy to measure the achievement of the learning objectives as well as the business outcomes.
When we have designed a solution for you, you can expect to know what we will cover and how it will be delivered. In addition, you will understand what each element is designed to achieve in the overall solution, and — crucially — how you will measure the success of the solution.
