As part of the project kick-off meeting we will work with you to identify a success evaluation strategy for the project. The strategy will cover two key areas: overall project execution and overall training effectiveness.
The evaluation of project execution is measured in terms of the delivery of the defined scope of work for the agreed fee and within the agreed upon time frame. The evaluation of overall training effectiveness is generally based on the four levels of evaluation outlined in the Kirkpatrick model: | ||||
