FT Knowledge is different from any other business solution provider you may have worked with. We don't offer "canned" solutions or covertly promote our own hardware or software, but instead work closely with you to design and deliver customised in-house programs to meet specific business challenges.

Here are the answers to some of the most common "How" questions we have addressed with clients through the years:

  •
  • How would the engagement proceed?
When we approach our clients to discuss potential learning programs we begin the conversation by examining the following factors:
    • What is the need?
    • How will a learning program help to address the need?
    • What are the job roles, experience and background of the audience?
    • What learning objectives need to be covered and from what perspective?
    • What are the desired outcomes of testing and evaluation?
    • What are the desired delivery modes?

After the first qualifying conversations, we work with our clients to ensure that learning objectives are mapped to the needs and that the delivery modes are appropriate to the critical nature of the skills and knowledge being taught. We then propose a customised learning solution, working with you to make sure it meets your time and resource constraints. Once in contract, we initiate the formal project for you. While every engagement is different, you can generally expect four phases in the project process:

    • Discovery and Analysis
    • Design and Development
    • Delivery and Implementation
    • Support and Evaluation

  •
  • How will our inputs be integrated into the solution?
  •
  • How much of my team’s time will be needed and at what stage?
  •
  • How would I raise any concerns or issues?
  •
  • How will we evaluate the program success?
  •
  • How will we ensure the content remains current and relevant?
